On September 24, 2014, The Dougherty Report spoke with noted school security expert Wolfgang Halbig.  Mr. Halbig saw SIXTEEN things about the shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary that left him with more questions than answers.  Shortly thereafter he began appearing on other radio programs, and now, the topic of his work is being examined all over again.
